Safe-Fast Inc. Return & Refund Policy

At Safe-Fast Inc., we are committed to providing high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

1. Return Eligibility

  • Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • Products must be in new, unused condition, and returned in the original packaging with all tags, accessories, and documentation.

The following items may not be eligible for return:

  • Custom or made-to-order products
  • Special orders
  • Clearance, close-out, or discontinued products
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase
  • Items restricted by the manufacturer’s or vendor’s return policy, which may limit or prohibit returns regardless of condition

Return eligibility is subject to both Safe-Fast Inc. policies and applicable vendor/manufacturer guidelines.


2. Return Authorization (RMA Required)

All returns require a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA).

To obtain an RMA, customers must contact:

  • Safe-Fast Inc. Customer Service, or
  • Designated Territory Manager

Requests must include the order number and reason for return and be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Returns sent without an RMA number will be refused and returned to the sender.


3. Return Process

  1. Request an RMA through Customer Service or your Designated Territory Manager.
  2. Package the item securely in its original packaging.
  3. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package.
  4. Ship the return to the address provided with the RMA instructions.

Unless the return is due to a defect or Safe-Fast Inc. error, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.


4. Restocking Fees

  • Returns due to buyer error (incorrect item ordered, no longer needed, etc.) may be subject to manufacturer or vendor restocking fees, as determined by the applicable supplier’s return policy.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • No restocking fee will apply for defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped items.

5. Refunds

  • All returned items are subject to inspection upon receipt.
  • Once approved, refunds will be issued either to the original payment method or credited to the customer’s account, at Safe-Fast Inc.’s discretion or upon customer request when applicable.
  • Refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days after inspection.
  • Refunds apply to the product cost only, excluding original shipping fees (unless due to Safe-Fast Inc. error).

6. Exchanges

  • Exchanges are subject to product availability and applicable manufacturer and vendor return policies.
  • Certain products may not be eligible for exchange and must be processed as a return, which may result in restocking fees as determined by the supplier.
  • Price differences will be charged or credited accordingly.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the exchange is due to a defect or shipping error.

7. Defective or Damaged Items

If an item arrives damaged or defective:

  • Notify Safe-Fast Inc. Customer Service or your Designated Territory Manager within 5 business days of delivery.
  • Photos and documentation may be required for processing.

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no additional cost.


8. Order Cancellations

  • Orders may be canceled within 72 hours of placement if not yet shipped.
  • Cancellations after this window may be subject to a processing or restocking fee.
