Job Description: Outside Sales Representative – Minneapolis / St. Paul Area

Position Overview:
We are seeking an Outside Sales Representative to serve customers throughout the Minneapolis/St. Paul metro area. This individual will represent hundreds of world-class manufacturers and offer one of the broadest selections of best-in-class safety products, construction supplies, and industrial tools available.

The ideal candidate is a motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is passionate about helping customers solve problems, meet compliance standards, and increase jobsite efficiency.

Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Identify opportunities through prospecting, cold calling, and follow-up visits.
Provide product knowledge and support to ensure customer satisfaction.
Work closely with inside sales and management to deliver excellent service.
Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
Represent Safe-Fast with integrity, professionalism, and a commitment to safety.

Qualifications:

Positive attitude and strong problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
Highly organized, efficient, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Comfortable making in-person sales calls, including cold calls.
Knowledge of construction, safety, or industrial supply products is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass required drug testing.
Available to begin the workday at 6:30 a.m.
No overnight travel required.
Company truck provided for daily travel.
