Job Description: Branch Operations Specialist – La Crosse, WI 54603

Position Overview:
We are looking for a talented Branch Operations Specialist to assist with all the internal operations of the Branch. As a team member, you will help foster a positive environment, give sales/product support to outside sales & customers, ensure customer satisfaction, and assist in all branch operations. The successful candidate will have a hands-on approach by implementing strategies that increase productivity and enable sales target achievements with a goal of success and the expansion of the business.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist all operational aspects including customer service, shipping/receiving, purchasing, and sales
  • Open store (7am) and close store (4pm)
  • Address Customer satisfaction issues promptly
  • Quote & Order processing
  • Attention to detail & accuracy is a MUST!
  • Product Research & Sales Support
  • Assess local market conditions and identify current and prospective sales opportunities
  • Meet Goals and Metrics
  • Identify areas of improvement and propose corrective actions that meet challenges and leverage growth opportunities
  • Share knowledge on effective practices, competitive intelligence, and business opportunities.
  • Adhere to the highest ethical standards.
  • Network to improve the presence and reputation of the branch and company
  • Stay abreast of competing markets and provide reports on market movement and penetration
  • Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations
